No response has been presented to this claim and the respondent has stated that no part of the claim is contested and an Employment Judge has decided to issue the following judgment on the available material under rule 21:[1]The claimant was dismissed by reason of redundancy and is entitled to a redundancy payment of £3427.13 (19.5 weeks’ pay at a rate of £175.75 per week).[2]The respondent has failed to pay the claimant’s holiday entitlement and is ordered to pay the claimant the sum of £175.75 (gross).[3]The hearing listed on 15 June 2023 is cancelled.
