No response has been presented to this claim and an Employment Judge has decided to issue the following judgment on the available material under rule 21:[1]The respondent has made an unauthorized deduction from wages and is ordered to pay to the claimant the sum of £4410.25 in this respect.[2]The claimant is entitled to a redundancy payment and the respondent is ordered to pay to the claimant the sum of £6037.50 in this respect.[3]The claimant is entitled to payment for 9 days accrued but untaken holiday leave and the respondent is ordered to pay to the claimant the sum of £1384.62 in this respect.[4]The claimant is entitled to £9230 in respect of damages for breach of contract as the respondent has failed to give statutory notice, or payment in lieu thereof.[5]The hearing listed for 3 July 2020 is cancelled.
