No response has been presented to this claim and an Employment Judge has decided to issue the following judgment on the available material under rule 21:[1]The respondent has made an unauthorised deduction from the claimant’s wages and is ordered to pay the claimant the sum of £838.46 (1 week’s pay, gross).[2]The claimant was dismissed in breach of contract in respect of notice and the respondent is ordered to pay damages to the claimant in the sum of £1676.92 (2 weeks’ pay, gross).[3]The respondent has failed to pay the claimant’s holiday entitlement and is ordered to pay the claimant the sum of £787.74 (74.88 hours’ holiday pay).[4]The hearing listed on 23 June 2022 is cancelled.
