JUDGMENT

The Judgment of the Tribunal is that the claimant was unfairly dismissed by the respondents and the respondents shall pay to her a monetary award of Two Thousand, Six Hundred and Eighty-Four Pounds and Ninety-Six Pence (£2,684.96).

REASONS

[1]By e-mail dated 18 July 2019, the respondents’ representative intimated that he had been instructed to admit liability and accept that the claimant was constructively unfairly dismissed. He also advised that the respondents were agreeable to a Judgment being issued in the sum of £2,684.96. E.T.
