JUDGMENT
[1]That the parties have settled the claimant’s claims upon terms set out in a written agreement, the terms of which are confidential. This hearing is therefore postponed; the claims are stayed until 12 September 2018 to allow for the terms of settlement to be effected, including that the claimant withdraws his claim in writing so that they shall be dismissed.[2]The claimant’s claims shall be dismissed on receipt of his formal withdrawal, or in any event and by default if the tribunal does not receive an application to lift the stay from either party by 12 September 2018.[3]The tribunal has not heard evidence or made an award. The recruitment provisions do not apply.
