JUDGMENT

The Judgment of the Tribunal is that the claim is dismissed.

REASONS

[1]This claim comprised complaints of sex discrimination and unlawful deductions from wages.[2]On 13 December 2013 I issued a Judgment striking out the sex discrimination complaint; and by e-mail dated 24 December 2013 the claimant’s solicitor advised that the complaint of unlawful deduction from wages had been “resolved” and that there was no requirement for a Hearing. ETZ4 (WR)[3]Accordingly, the claim is dismissed in its entirety.
