The judgment of the Tribunal is as follows.(1) On a preliminary issue, the claimant was directly dismissed by the respondents at a meeting on 18th October 2018.(2) The parties having reached agreed terms of settlement, the hearing is adjourned and the claims are sisted until 9th July 2019 in order to allow the parties to carry out those terms of settlement. Any party may apply for the stay to be lifted and for the hearing to be re-listed.(3) The parties are asked to notify the Tribunal promptly and jointly if and when these proceedings can be dismissed.
