JUDGMENT
The judgment of the Tribunal is as follows (oral reasons having been given at the hearing in accordance with rule 60(3) of the Employment Tribunal Procedure Rules 2024):[1]The claimant’s claim for breach of contract was not presented within the required time limits set out in Article 7 of the Employment Tribunals Extension of Jurisdiction (Scotland) Order 1994.[2]It was reasonably practicable for the claim to have been presented in time.[3]The Tribunal therefore does not have jurisdiction to consider the claim for breach of contract. The claim is therefore dismissed.
