JUDGMENT

The judgment of the Employment T ribunal is as follows: 1 . The claimant was employed by the first respondent, Mr Saqib Munir.[2]The claimant’s claim for arrears of pay succeeds and the first respondent shall pay to the claimant the sum of THREE HUNDRED AND FIFTY THREE POUNDS (£353). This is a gross sum from which income tax and national insurance contributions may require to be deducted.[3]The claimant’s claim for the respondents’ failure to- provide a written statement of employment particulars succeeds and the first respondent shall pay to the claimant the sum of ONE THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED AND THIRTY FIVE POUNDS (£1,235) in respect of that failure.[4]The claimant’s claim of harassment on the grounds of race succeeds and the first respondent shall pay to the claimant the sum of TWO THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED POUNDS (£2,500) for injury to feelings sustained.[5]The claims against the second and third respondents are dismissed.
