No response has been presented to this claim and an Employment Judge has decided to issue the following judgment on the available material under rule 21:[1]The claimant was dismissed in breach of contract in respect of notice and the respondent is ordered to pay damages to the claimant in the net sum of £2,499.12 (6 weeks x £416.52 net weekly pay).[2]The claimant was dismissed by reason of redundancy and is entitled to a redundancy payment in the gross sum of £3,175.44 (6 weeks x £529.24 gross weekly pay).[3]The hearing listed on 12 April 2023 is cancelled.
