JUDGMENT
The judgment of the Tribunal (oral reasons having been given at the hearing, in accordance with rule 62(2) of the Employment Tribunal Rules of Procedure 2013) is that:• The respondent made an unauthorised deduction from the claimant’s wages and is ordered to pay the claimant the gross sum of £3,800; and• The respondent failed to make a payment to the claimant, on the termination of his employment, in respect of his accrued but untaken holiday entitlement and is ordered to pay the claimant the gross sum of £1,506.92 in respect of this.
