No response has been presented to this claim and an Employment Judge has decided to issue the following judgment on the available material under rule 21:[1]The respondent has failed to pay the claimant’s holiday entitlement and is ordered to pay the claimant the sum of £159 (gross).[2]The respondent failed to provide the claimant with a statement of employment particulars and is ordered to pay the claimant the sum of £440.10 (2 weeks’ gross pay at a rate of £202.05 per week).[3]The hearing listed on 21 April 2023 is cancelled.
