The Tribunal has no jurisdiction to hear the complaint of unfair dismissal and it is therefore dismissed because:(a) it was presented outside the applicable time limit; and(b) it was reasonably practicable to have presented the complaint within that time limit; and(c) it was not presented within a reasonable further period after the expiry of that time limit anyway.
