JUDGMENT

No response has been presented to this claim and an Employment Judge has decided to issue the following judgment on the available material under rule 21.[1]The claimant was dismissed in breach of contract in respect of notice and the respondent is ordered to pay damages to the claimant in the sum of £114.00.[2]The respondent has failed to pay the claimant’s holiday entitlement and is ordered to pay the claimant the sum of £228.00.[3]There is no award for loss of Universal Credit because s.24 (2) of the Employment Rights Act 1996 can only apply if financial loss is attributable to a deduction from wages, whereas here the loss is said to be due to inaccurate and late reporting of earnings.
