Rule 22 of the Employment Tribunal Procedure Rules 2024 No response has been presented to this claim and an Employment Judge has decided to issue the following judgment on the available material under rule 22:[1]The respondent has made an unauthorised deduction from the claimant’s wages and is ordered to pay the claimant the sum of £8345.64 (for the months of March, April and May 2025 for the amount of £2781.88 per month).[2]The claimant is entitled to claim for lost interest under Section 24(2) of Employment Rights Act 1996 and the respondent is ordered to pay the sum of £17.37.
