JUDGMENT
It is the judgment of the Employment Tribunal that: (1 ) The claimant’s application dated 18 July 2022 to amend the claim to include a further claim of detriment pursuant to s.47B ERA 1996 is successful and permission to amend in the terms set out in the amended particulars of claim is granted. (2) The detriment claim that is the subject of that amendment, namely the failure to investigate the claimant’s grievance is, on the claim as amended, brought within the relevant time limits according to s.48 ERA 1996. The Tribunal has not determined whether the other s.47B ERA 1996 detriment claims form part of a series of acts or failures and whether they are brought within the relevant time limits. That will be an issue for the Tribunal dealing 5 with the final hearing to determine ha.ving heard all of the evidence.
