JUDGMENT
(1) The claimant’s complaint of indirect disability discrimination, contrary to Section 19 of the Equality Act 2010, having been withdrawn by the claimant’s representative, by email sent to the Tribunal on 11 December 2020, and copied to the respondents’ representative, that part of the claim against the respondents is dismissed under Rule 52 of the Rules contained in Schedule 1 of the Employment Tribunals (Constitution and Rules of Procedure) Regulations 2013.(2) The remaining part of the claim, complaining of unfair dismissal by the respondents, contrary to Section 98 of the Employment Rights Act 1996, is unaffected by this part-withdrawal, and that head of complaint will proceed as separately ordered by the Tribunal.
