No response has been presented to this claim and an Employment Judge has decided to issue the following judgment on the available material under rule 21:[1]The respondent has made an unauthorised deduction from the claimant’s wages and is ordered to pay the claimant the sum of £280.43. The claimant’s basic hourly rate was £9.67 per hour and the sum due is based on 6 hours worked, but not paid at time and a half rate, 10 hours worked, but not paid, at double time rate. All other heads of claim, having been withdrawn by the claimant, are dismissed under Rule 52 of the Rules contained in Schedule 1 of the Employment Tribunals (Constitution and Rules of Procedure) Regulations 2013.
