JUDGMENT

[1]Of consent the respondent conceded that there had been a breach of section 13 of the Employment Right Act 1996 in that sums due had not been paid and given the claimant’s evidence, which the respondent did not challenge, the respondent is ordered to pay to the claimant the sum of FOUR THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED AND FIFTY POUNDS (£4,250).[2]Of consent, the respondent can satisfy this judgment by making payment of said sum directly to the workplace pension into which the claimant was enrolled and in respect of which the respondent undertook to continue to pay sums required by law.
