JUDGMENT
The Judgment of the Employment Tribunal is:- (First) That on 17th February 2017, which date was the Effective Date of Termination of the claimant’s employment, the claimant was dismissed by the respondents for reason of redundancy. (Second) That the respondent shall pay to the claimant a statutory redundancy payment of £2,395; (Third) That the respondent shall pay to the claimant the sum of £2,500 in lieu of five weeks statutory entitlement to notice. (Fourth) The respondent shall pay to the claimant the sum of £600 being compensation for paid annual leave entitlement accrued but untaken as at the Effective Date of Termination of the claimant’s employment on 17th February 2017. ETZ4(WR) (Fifth) That the respondent shall pay to the National Employers Savings Trust to the account of the claimant not later than 11th of August 2017:-(a) the sum of £56.56 employee’s National Insurance contribution and(b) the sum of £70.70 employer’s National Insurance contribution being contributions due and deductions made by the respondent in respect of the claimant’s February pension entitlement; and failing which payment by 11th August 2017, the respondent shall pay the said sums to the claimant.
