JUDGMENT
No response has been presented to this claim and an Employment Judge has decided to issue the following judgment on the available material under Rule 21:[1]The respondent has made an unauthorised deduction from the claimant`s wages and is ordered to pay the claimant the sum of £2,518.75 (Two Thousand, Five Hundred and Eighteen Pounds, Twenty Five Pounds).[2]The claimant was dismissed in breach of contract in respect of notice and the respondent is ordered to pay damage to the claimant in the sum of £4,650 (Four Thousand, Six Hundred and Fifty Pounds) (8 weeks x £581.25).[3]The claimant was dismissed by reason of redundancy and is entitled to a redundancy payment of £5,748 (Five Thousand, Seven Hundred and Forty Eight Pounds) (12 weeks x £479).[4]The respondent has failed to pay the claimant`s holiday entitlement and is ordered to pay the claimant the sum of £1,162.50 (One Thousand, One Hundred and Sixty Two Pounds, Fifty Pence)[5]The respondent shall pay the claimant his Tribunal fee of £160 (One Hundred and Sixty Pounds).[6]The hearing listed on 2 August 2017 is cancelled.
