No response has been presented to this claim and an Employment Judge has decided to issue the following judgment on the available material under rule 21:[1]The claimant was dismissed in breach of contract in respect of notice and the respondent is ordered to pay damages to the claimant in the sum of £1,340.70[2]The respondent has failed to pay the claimant’s holiday entitlement and is ordered to pay the claimant the sum of £2,279.19[3]The respondent’s were in breach of contract and shall pay the claimant his bonus of £2657.[4]The respondent is ordered to pay to the claimant the Tribunal fee of £160 by way of expenses under rule 75(1)(b).[5]The hearing listed on 7 July 2017 is cancelled.
