No response has been presented to this claim and an Employment Judge has decided to issue the following judgment on the available material under rule 21:[1]The respondent has made an unauthorised deduction from the claimant’s wages and is ordered to pay the claimant the sum of £1,778.16 (One Thousand, Seven Hundred and Seventy Eight Pounds and Sixteen Pence), being 6 weeks unpaid wages at £296.36 per week.[2]The claimant was dismissed in breach of contract in respect of notice and the respondent is ordered to pay damages to the claimant in the sum of £296.36, being one week’s pay.[3]The respondent has failed to pay the claimant’s holiday entitlement and is ordered to pay the claimant the sum of £574.94 (Five Hundred and Seventy Four Pounds and Ninety Four Pence), being 9.7 days entitlement at a daily rate of £59.27.[4]The respondent has failed to provide a written statement of terms and conditions of employment to the claimant, and accordingly is ordered to pay the claimant the sum of £1,185.45 (One Thousand, One Hundred and Eighty Five Pounds and Forty Five Pence), being 4 weeks’ pay at £296.36. 4100676/2017[5]The hearing listed for 29 June 2017 is cancelled.
