No response has been presented to this claim and an Employment Judge has decided to issue the following judgment on the available material under rule 21:[1]The respondent has made an unauthorised deduction from the claimant’s wages and is ordered to pay the claimant the sum of One Thousand, One Hundred and Seventy Pounds (£1,170) being 156 hours at £7.50 per hour.[2]The claimant’s claim for a further £300 for compensation for “time/mental stress”, as per section 9.2 of the Employment Tribunal claim form is refused by the Tribunal, as outwith the jurisdiction of the Tribunal.
