JUDGMENT
[1]The Claimant’s unfair dismissal claim under ss.94-98 of the Employment Rights Act 1996 was not presented in time in circumstances where it was reasonably practicable for that claim to have been presented in time.[2]That claim is dismissed. NOTE 1. Judgments are published publicly after they have been sent to the parties. Reasons for the decisions above having been given orally at the hearing on 23 June 2025, any request for written reasons must be received within 2 weeks of the date of receipt of this Judgment. In default of a timely request, written reasons for those decisions will only be provided at the request of the Employment Appeal Tribunal or a competent court.
