JUDGMENT

No response has been presented to this claim and an Employment Judge has decided to issue the following judgment on the available material under Rule 21:[1]The respondent has made an unauthorised deduction from the claimant`s wages and is ordered to pay the claimant the sum of £328 (Three Hundred and Twenty Eight Pounds).[2]The claimant was dismissed in breach of contract in respect of notice and the respondent is ordered to pay damages to the claimant in the sum of £3,840 (Three Thousand, Eight Hundred and Forty Pounds) (12 weeks x £320).[3]The claimant was dismissed by reason of redundancy and is entitled to a redundancy payment of £9,120 (Nine Thousand, One Hundred and Twenty Pounds) (28.5 weeks x £320).[4]The respondent has failed to pay the claimant`s holiday entitlement and is ordered to pay the claimant the sum of £405 (Four Hundred and Five Pounds). 4100560/2017[5]The respondent shall pay the claimant his Tribunal fee of £160 (One Hundred and Sixty Pounds).[6]The Hearing listed on 21 June 2017 is cancelled.
