JUDGMENT

[1]The judgment of the Employment Tribunal is that the Claimants were all employees of the First Respondent who were dismissed by reason of redundancy and accordingly are entitled to statutory redundancy payments.[2]The First Respondent is ordered to pay to the Claimants the following amounts in respect of their entitlement to statutory redundancy payments:(1) In the case of Mr R Findlay (4100542/20) the sum of £6,096.(2) In the case of Mr A Fraser (4100551/20) the sum of £6,350.(3) In the case of Mr B Macdonald (4101270/20) the sum of £8,636.(4) In the case of Mr P Moore (4101271/20) the sum of £4,752.(5) In the case of Mr I Rutherford (4101272/20) the sum of £9,144.(6) In the case of Mr F Reburn (4101469/20) the sum of £14,372.
