No response has been presented to this claim and an Employment Judge has decided to issue the following judgment on the available material under rule 21:[1]The claimant was dismissed in breach of contract in respect of notice and the respondents are ordered to pay damages to the claimant in the sum of £2,884.50.[2]The respondents have failed to pay the claimant’s holiday entitlement and are ordered to pay the claimant the sum of £1,153.80[3]The respondents are ordered to pay to the claimant the Tribunal fee of £160 by way of expenses under rule 75(1)(b).
