JUDGMENT

No response has been presented to this claim and an Employment Judge has decided to issue the following judgment on the available material under rule 21:[1]The respondent has made an unauthorised deduction from the claimant’s wages and is ordered to pay the claimant the sum of £1500 (4 weeks’ gross pay at a rate of £375 per week).[2]The claimant was dismissed in breach of contract in respect of notice and the respondent is ordered to pay damages to the claimant in the sum of £1276.30 (4 weeks’ pay, net).[3]The claimant was dismissed by reason of redundancy and is entitled to a redundancy payment of £1875 (1 week’s pay at a rate of £375 per week in respect of each of the claimant’s five years’ service).[4]The respondent has failed to pay the claimant’s holiday entitlement and is ordered to pay the claimant the sum of £930 (62 hours holiday at a rate of £15 per hour, gross).[5]The hearing listed on 11 April 2024 is cancelled.
