No response has been presented to this claim and an Employment Judge has decided to issue the following judgment on the available material under Rule 21:[1]The respondent has made an unauthorised deduction from the claimant`s wages and is ordered to pay the claimant the sum of £2,403.80 (Two Thousand, Four Hundred and Three Pounds, Eighty Pence).[2]The claimant was dismissed in breach of contract in respect of notice and the respondent is ordered top ay damages to the clamant in the sum of £5,288.36 (Five Thousand, Two Hundred and Eighty Eight Pounds, Thirty Six Pence) (11 weeks x £480.76).[3]The claimant was dismissed by reason of redundancy and is entitled to a redundancy payment of £6,706 (Six Thousand, Seven Hundred and Six Pounds) (14 weeks x £479). 4100506/2017[4]The respondent has failed to pay the claimant`s holiday entitlement and is ordered to pay the claimant the sum of £1,153.80 (One Thousand, One Hundred and Fifty Three Pounds, Eighty Pence).[5]The hearing listed on 7 June 2017 is cancelled.
