An Employment Judge has decided to issue the following judgment on the available material under Rule 21:-[1]The claimant was dismissed in breach of contract (in respect of notice pay) and the respondent is ordered to pay damages to the claimant in the sum of £1,056.[2]The complaint of unfair dismissal is well founded; the respondent shall pay the claimant the sum of £2,574 as a basic award, and the sum of £1,014.80 as a compensatory award.
