An Employment Judge has decided to issue the following judgment on the available material under rule 21:-[1]The claimant was dismissed in breach of contract in respect of notice and the respondent is ordered to pay damages to the claimant in the sum of £3,461.[2]The respondent has failed to pay the claimant’s holiday entitlement and is ordered to pay the claimant the sum of £576.[3]The claimant is entitled to a redundancy payment of £2,784.[4]Therefore the Hearing listed for 12 April 2018 at 09:30am has been postponed as this is no longer required.
