The claim is struck out under the provisions of rule 37 (1 )(d) of the Employment Tribunals Rules of Procedure 2013 on the ground that it has not been actively pursued.REASONS
[1]The respondent company has been dissolved. The claimant has not applied to have the company restored to the Register of Companies.[2]On 28 October 2022 the Tribunal gave the claimant an opportunity to give written reasons by 1 1 November 2022 as to why the claim should not be struck out as it had not been actively pursued. The claimant has failed to give an acceptable reason.[3]The claim is therefore struck out.
