JUDGMENT
[1]The Claimant’s application to strike out the response is dismissed.[2]The Claimant’s application to amend his claim to include a claim for disability discrimination, made orally at the start of the hearing, is refused.[3]The Claimant’s claims for unpaid wages and expenses having been conceded by the Respondent, the Respondent is ordered to pay to the Claimant the total sum of £1,132.69 being made up of £911.80 in respect of an unpaid London Weighting Allowance, £116.55 in respect of unpaid overtime and £104.34 in respect of unpaid expenses. The figures of £911.80 and £116.55 are gross figures from which tax may need to be deducted.[4]The Claimant’s claim that he was subjected to detriments by the Respondent, on the ground that he had made protected disclosures, in breach of his rights under section 47B of the Employment Rights Act 1996 (ERA), is dismissed.
