No response has been presented to this claim and an Employment Judge has decided to issue the following judgment on the available material under rule 21:[1]The claimant was dismissed in breach of contract in respect of notice and the respondent is ordered to pay damages to the claimant in the sum of £2,130.84, calculated at weekly net pay of £236.76 from monthly net of £1,026.[2]The claimant was dismissed by reason of redundancy and is entitled to a redundancy payment of £2,067.68 calculated at gross weekly pay of £258.46 from gross monthly pay at £1,120.[3]The respondent has failed to pay the claimant’s holiday entitlement and is ordered to pay the claimant the sum of £520.[4]The respondent is ordered to pay to the claimant the sum of £160 being the issue fee paid by the claimant.[5]The Hearing listed for 24 May 2017 is cancelled.
