JUDGMENT
No response has been presented to this claim and an Employment Judge has decided to issue the following judgment on the available material under Rule 21:[1]The respondent has made an unauthorised deduction from the claimant`s wages and is ordered to pay the claimant the sum of £4,444 (Four Thousand, Four Hundred and Forty Four Pounds).[2]The claimant was dismissed in breach of contract in respect of notice and the respondent is ordered to pay damages to the claimant in the sum of £432 (Four Hundred and Thirty Two Pounds).[3]The respondent has failed to pay the claimant`s holiday entitlement and is ordered to pay the claimant the sum of £468 (Four Hundred and Sixty Eight Pounds). 4100420/2017[4]The respondent failed to provide the claimant with a written statement of employment particulars as required by Section 1 of Employment Rights Act 1996. In consequence of the claimant succeeding in claims mentioned in Schedule 5 to the Employment Act 2002 and the respondent having been in breach of its duty under Section 1 of Employment Rights Act 1996 when proceedings were begun, the respondent is ordered to pay to the claimant two weeks pay that is £864 (Eight Hundred and Sixty Four Pounds).[5]The hearing listed on 24 May 2017 is cancelled.
