JUDGMENT
The Judgment of the Employment Tribunal is that(i) the respondent made unauthorised deductions from the claimant’s wages;(ii) the respondent shall pay to the claimant the sum of £1,476 (one thousand four hundred and seventy six pounds) being the amount of the unauthorised deduction;(iii) the claimant sustained financial loss attributable to unauthorised deductions from his wages &(iv) the respondents shall pay to the claimant the sum of £219.12 (two hundred and nineteen pounds and twelve pence) as compensation.
