JUDGMENT

In respect that no response in these proceedings has been presented to the Employment Tribunal office within the relevant time limit, I now issue the following Judgment, in terms of Rule 21 of Schedule 1 to the Employment Tribunals (Constitution and Rules of Procedure) Regulations 2013:[1]The claim under s. 23 of the Employment Rights Act 1996 is well-founded and the respondent shall pay to the claimant the sum of Six Thousand, Five Hundred and Fifty-Four Pounds and Thirty-Five Pence (£6,554.35) as unlawful deductions from wages.[2]The respondent shall pay to the claimant the sum of Two Thousand, Five Hundred Pounds (£2,500) subject to any appropriate deductions for Income Tax damages for Breach of Contract (failure to pay the claimant’s bonus).
