JUDGMENT
[1]The claimant’s complaints of unauthorised deductions from wages (minimum wage and other wages) contrary to section 13 of the Employment Rights Act 1996 and detriment done on the grounds that any action was taken, or was proposed to be taken, by or on behalf of the claimant with a view to enforcing, or otherwise securing the benefit of, a right of the claimant’s to which section 23 of the National Minimum Wage Act 1998 applies having been withdrawn by the claimant, are dismissed under Rule 51 of The Employment Tribunal Procedure Rules 2024 (as amended). Summary reasons for the judgment having been given orally at the hearing, written summary reasons will not be provided unless a request was made by either party at the hearing or a written request is presented by either party within 14 days of the sending of this written record of the decision.
