JUDGMENT
The respondent has stated that no part of the claim is contested and an Employment Judge has decided to issue the following judgment on the available material under Rule 21:[1]The respondent has made an unauthorised deduction from the claimant`s wages and is ordered to pay the clamant the sum of £2,750 (Two Thousand, Seven Hundred and Fifty Pounds).[2]The claimant was dismissed in breach of contract in respect of notice and the respondent is ordered to pay damages to the claimant in the sum of £4,125 (Four Thousand, One Hundred and Twenty Five Pounds).[3]The claimant was dismissed by reason of redundancy and is entitled to a redundancy payment of £4,759.50 (Four Thousand, Seven Hundred and Fifty Nine Pounds, Fifty Pence) (15 weeks x £317.30).[4]The respondent has failed to pay the claimant`s holiday entitlement and is ordered to pay the claimant the sum of £888.46 (Eight Hundred and Eighty Eight Pounds, Forty Six Pence) 4100367/2017[5]The respondent shall pay the claimant her Tribunal fee of £160 (One Hundred and Sixty Pounds) 3. The Hearing listed on 17 May 2017 is cancelled.
