No response has been presented to this claim and an Employment Judge has decided to issue the following judgment on the available material under Rule 21:[1]The respondent has made an unauthorised deduction from the claimant`s wages and is ordered to pay the claimant the sum of £6,459,34 (Six Thousand,. Four Hundred and Fifty Nine Pounds, Thirty Four Pence).[2]The second respondent shall pay the claimant his Tribunal fee of £160 (One Hundred and Sixty Pounds).[3]The claim is dismissed in respect of the first respondent.[4]The hearing listed on 10 May 2017 is cancelled.
