No response has been presented to this claim and an Employment Judge has decided to issue the following judgment on the available material under rule 21:[1]The claimant was dismissed in breach of contract in respect of notice and the respondent is ordered to pay damages to the claimant in the sum of £596.80 being 1 week’s pay.[2]The respondent has failed to pay the claimant’s holiday entitlement and is ordered to pay the claimant the sum of £477.44, being payment in respect of 4 days leave accrued but untaken at time of termination of employment.[3]The respondents are ordered to pay to the claimant the sum of £160 in reimbursement of the Tribunal fee paid by the claimant in respect of lodging of the claim. 4100338/2017[4]The hearing listed on 12 May 2017 is cancelled.
