JUDGMENT
[1]The claimant’s claim for unpaid holiday pay on termination of employment is dismissed following withdrawal of the claim by the claimant.[2]The claimant’s remaining claims against the second respondent are dismissed following a concession made by the first respondent that they are legally liable for the claims and the second respondent is not.[3]The claimant’s claim against the first respondent for a redundancy payment was conceded at this hearing. The first respondent is ordered to pay to the claimant, within 28 days of the date of this judgment, a redundancy payment in the agreed amount of £2,745.60. This is calculated based on 20 complete years’ service over the age of 41, and gross weekly pay of £91.52.[4]The claimant’s claim against the first respondent for notice pay was conceded at this hearing.
