JUDGMENT

The Judgment of the Employment Tribunal is that the complaint of unfair dismissal presented to the Tribunal by the claimant was not presented before the end of the period of three months beginning with the effective date of termination of her employment: that it was reasonably practicable for the complaint to have been presented within that period; and under s111 of the Employment Rights Act 1996 the Tribunal does not have jurisdiction to hear the complaint which is dismissed. Written reasons for the decision will not be provided unless asked for by either party by means of written request to the Tribunal within 14 days of this Judgment being sent to parties.
