The Tribunal ordered the claim be dismissed.REASONS
[1]The claimant did not attend for the Hearing today. The clerk tried to make contact with him, but this was not possible.[2]The Spanish Interpreter booked for today’s Hearing was in attendance. E.T. Z4 ( WR ) S/41 00285/201 8 Page 2[3]Mr Gilmour noted the claimant had not responded to the case management Order issued. He further noted the company had now ceased trading. He was not surprised the claimant had failed to attend.[4]I decided, having had regard to the fact the claimant did not attend for the Hearing and to the points noted by Mr Gilmour, to dismiss the claim.
