JUDGMENT
The Tribunal has no jurisdiction to hear the claim of unfair dismissal on the basis that the claim was filed two days out of time. The Tribunal finds that it was reasonably practicable for the claimant to have filed the claim within time, i.e. on or before 20 January 2018.REASONS
[1]An oral judgment was provided to the parties in person at the Hearing indicating that the Tribunal felt on balance of probabilities that it was reasonably practicable for the claimant to have re-submitted her amended claim within time and that her failure to do so, therefore meant that the Tribunal has no jurisdiction to hear her case.
