The judgment of the Employment Tribunal, issued orally with reasons, is that:[1]The correct respondent is the second respondent. ETZ4(WR)[2]The claim against the first respondent is dismissed.[3]The second respondent shall pay to the claimant the sum of TWO THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED AND THIRTY FOUR POUNDS AND EIGHTY FOUR PENCE (£2,234.84) (GROSS) in respect of unlawful deductions from wages.[4]The second respondent shall pay to the claimant the sum of ONE THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED AND TWENTY NINE POUNDS AND SIXTEEN PENCE (£1,229.16) (GROSS) in respect of unpaid holiday pay.[5]The second respondent shall pay to the claimant the sum of TWO THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED AND THIRTY FOUR POUNDS AND EIGHTY FOUR PENCE (£2,234.84) (GROSS) for the failure to issue the claimant with a written statement of particulars of employment.
