No response has been presented to this claim and an Employment Judge has decided to issue the following judgment on the available material under rule 21:[1]The respondent has made an unauthorised deduction from the claimant’s wages and is ordered to pay the claimant the sum of £766.50 gross being £420 wages due and £346.50 by way of overtime.[2]The respondent has failed to pay the claimant’s holiday entitlement and is ordered to pay the claimant the sum of £2184 gross in respect of 26 days leave accrued but unpaid at date of termination of employment.[3]The hearing listed on 3 April 2019 is cancelled.
