The Judgment of the Employment Tribunal is that(1) the Employment Tribunal does not have jurisdiction to consider the complaints of non-payment of holiday and notice pay; and(2) the respondent shall pay to the claimant the sum of £2,959.61 (13.5 weeks’ pay at £219.23 per week) as a redundancy paymentREASONS
