No response has been presented to this claim and an Employment Judge has decided to issue the following judgment on the available material under rule 21:[1]The respondent has made an unauthorised deduction from the claimant’s wages and is ordered to pay the claimant the sum of £1,353.[2]The claimant was dismissed in breach of contract in respect of notice and the respondent is ordered to pay damages to the claimant in the sum of £1,804. 4100185/2017[3]The claimant was dismissed by reason of redundancy and is entitled to a redundancy payment of £2,706.[4]The respondent has failed to pay the claimant’s holiday entitlement and is ordered to pay the claimant the sum of £1,353.[5]The respondent is ordered to pay to the claimant £160 in reimbursement of Tribunal fees.[6]The hearing listed on 12 April 2017 is cancelled.
